The location is really very good and easily accessible. However, I am extremely disappointed with the housekeeping service. Even after requesting multiple times, the room was not cleaned. This seriously affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel improves this service in the future.

Location is good, need an improvement in hotel management. Example: Staff, receptionist, room interior.

Hotel was good neat and clean but the only problem was the waitin lines in the lifts rest everything was good

while booking through online they didn't provide coffe sachets and cleaning .hotel was good but services was total zero Hotel room was good and clean but they denied to do room service where we are book online .they don't do room service .I I formed so many times to do room clean but they said online booking no clean is provided.i

Staff is very good

Food was good but house keeping service is bad. Telephone was not working and so we need to go to reception for any requirement.

3 problems, I hope you care about solving them The first is that the elevator is always crowded and busy, and there is no organization in the reception Secondly, the Wi-Fi is very weak in the rooms and almost does not work at all The third is an exaggerated disturbance. There is no rest at bedtime due to the workers cleaning the neighboring rooms, and the sound is very loud. Even by the time we were able to sleep in it, the room service came to give us water.

When I reached the hotel they told me all the rooms is full due to the receptionist mistake and after long time send me to other hotel even I was booked 3 beds for 3 adult they give me only one room with one bed king and we were 3 adults and 1 child A very bad experience because after arriving at the hotel, the receptionist informed me that due to a mistake by a colleague, he had occupied all the rooms and there was no room for me. After waiting for a long time, they offered me a room in another hotel, one room with a large bed for 3 people and a child.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that. It will be a worse experience to stay in this hotel. So much so that. The receptionist gave us a room with 3beds, but we have booked a quad bedroom. The receptionist gave us a key, without knowing that the room is still occupied. I had to apologise to the people who were already inside the room.

recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had. From the moment I entered, the cleanliness issues were glaring. The bedsheets and pillows had hairs from previous guests, making it clear that they hadn’t been changed. The carpets were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. The hygiene in the room and bathroom was unacceptable. I spotted cockroaches both in the toilet and in the room, which was unsettling. Adding to the discomfort, there was no chair available in the room, and even the basic amenities were lacking – the lamp didn’t work, leaving the room dark and unwelcoming. The reception staff was unhelpful, showing little concern or willingness to address the issues. Housekeeping was practically non-existent, as even after reporting the problems, nothing was done to resolve them. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs a complete overhaul in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

Good service atmosphere and its very close to masjid an - nabawi. This property access to a balcony

pros and cons pros 1. the location is very good for this hotel 2. ⁠2 mins walking to the gate 328 of prophet mosque. cons 1. rooms were very congested and small. 2. ⁠smoking was not restricted and guests were smoking in the lobby of each floor making it uncomfortable for the families. 3. ⁠restaurants in the vicinity were very costly and not good. 4. ⁠indian (kerela) restaurants with average price are available near masjid al bilal which is half hour walk from this hotel. 5. ⁠try kismath restaurant for a very good indian food and there is a pakistani restaurant on the opposite side of masjid al bilal who are offering very good pakistani cuisine.

My overall experience was god, but the hotel is average like two star three rest is everything okay, proximity to ha-ram is good

Bad facilities - bathroom water congestion. Excellent location. Good food near by

No room cleaning and as well no proper room service. If we need something we need to inform them, even for cleaning. Only good thing about this hotel is ‘its very near to masjid al nawab
