Honestly, words can't describe the beauty and organization of the hotel. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful, and the surrounding facilities and services are excellent. It's also close to the Haram (Grand Mosque).

I was really happy with kiswah towers hotel the hotel was neat clean the experience with the staff was very nice.the location was also not too long distance. but they also provide shuttle bus for every five min pickup and drop.

The property did not allow checkin so I had to book an alternate accomodation

Nice experience overall Check in was smooth. Location is 25 mins walk to haram but difficult for elderly. However shuttle service which drops till bus station. Need to walk 10 mins to haram from bus station. Best to get taxi takes around 20 riyals. Food buffet is available only breakfast in tower 1. did not tried as got cheap restaurants opp tower 1. Lifts very fast as 18 lifts in tower 1. Housekeeping services is decent, sometimes get delayed services. laundry option is to use washing machine in prayer room Level. Staff behaviour was good. Only rude staff was housekeeping person who came to take luggage for checkout. Threw our luggage on trolley and behaviour not good

Review for Al Kisswa Tower 1😡😡😡😡😡 I had a very bad experience at Al Kisswa Tower 1. The hotel was not clean at all. The beds were in terrible condition—before using them, please check carefully. All the bed sheets were dirty, and even under the beds, it was not clean. The breakfast was another disappointment. By 8:30 AM, everything was finished, and when we asked for more, they simply said they couldn’t do anything about it. To make things worse, I found a cockroach in the room, which was completely unacceptable. The only positive aspect was the friendly staff at the reception, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor conditions of the hotel. This is definitely not a 3-star hotel. I would rate it only ½ star at best. Additionally, the location is inconvenient. It is far from Masjid Al Haram—you either have to take a taxi for 30 SAR or use the shuttle bus, but even then, you need to walk at least 12 minutes after getting off. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Extremely pathetic customer experience. Will never recommend this to anyone. 1. No one picks the call at reception almost all the time. 2. Wifi speed extremely poor, tried asking the management and they they will get it fixed with the it but nothing happened in my 1 week stay. 3. Reception guys very rude.

Al kiswah towers is definitely a worthy stay. They provide a shuttle bus service 24*7 to a nearby bus stop, from where pilgrims may walk to al haram makkah moazzama

we stayed at al-kiswah hotel from december to january and had a pleasant experience overall. the staff were courteous and helpful, and the room size was spacious and comfortable for our family. the hotel provides a shuttle bus service, but it drops you at a location that requires a further 10-minute walk, which might not be ideal for the elderly. however, we were able to walk directly from the hotel to the haram, which took about 15–20 minutes at a comfortable pace, even with our child. the pleasant winter weather made the walk enjoyable. a good option for families, provided you’re okay with some walking.

We found the property's location through other person in the bus while we are going from Jeddah's Airport to Makkah. the Service team was good and very reliable.

It is good if you can commute to ha-ram by taxi. Bus shuttle is not suitable for families and aged people because walking is almost 15-20 min from dropoff point to haram.

Property location is 20 mins walk fromharam, but you can use the taxi to reach haram easily in 5mins for 10sr. Staff and service excellent.
