    The hotel is a large one with a huge lobby and grounds. The rooms are comfortable but the bathrooms are not the best we had at our Japan stay. The worst part is the reception... Just not interested in helping with any questions. No concierge to answer any questions so you turn to the reception and they literally ignore you. Very far from any thing.
