This property is new and amazing. This is a beach front property with attached jacuzi. Big rooms clean property. Indian food available and it's best.

Very good property but the management was not coordinated, food was good in the hotel. The same property could have been managed properly and in a more attractive manner. There was a rat in our room in the middle of night which took 1 hour to be driven off. We were offered a change of room but not happy. Rest all was ok for the money spent.

Jiva is one of the best premium hotel in bali. Staffs are well mannered & polite. Sea beach seating is very relaxing. Restaurant has many items to serve indian customers.

As we checked in we were informed your garden view room is ready whereas we had paid for the ocean view room. They were confused and later informed that ocean view room has some a. C. Issue being resolved. We had to wait at the reception when we were so tired. No choice but had to stay that night to the room they allotted not the one we paid for. Next day again we asked them to shift but failed. 2nd day also we had to stay in the same room. Last 2 days of our stay their lifts were not working. We were at the 2nd floor and every time had to take stairs no matter how tired are you. At the time of billing we were given wrong bills 4 times and while coming back also our final original bill which was all settled by us was not given. Hotel staff is very good but at-least to their reception they should keep english speaking people. Kindly confirm on the above.

We stayed here for 3 nights to explore east and north bali. Beautiful location, good food, small rooms. Pretty good vfm overall. The services were okay though but maybe i am just used to indian hospitality standards.

Awesome staff, surya the chef ensured that we got delicious indian vegetarian breakfast everyday on our request. We asked reception to shift us to another room which had better sea and pool review which was done real quick by the staff. Spa view experience was average but she did fair job in massage. Only issue is indian food in the area as location was far away from kuta which is like hub for indian food

A gem on the black sands. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food. Excellent room and cleanliness. Felt totally pampered. Special thanks to Miss mega at the front desk who went the extra mile to assist us in everything and our driver Maddy who drove us everywhere with a big smile.
