Rooms are very compact There were no wardrobe nor centre table A couple can not seat together . The smart card was not working nor did the safe or tv Of course on complaining they attended All this required change of battery cells. To this they could've taken care of prior to check in the location is good. Staff is courteous but they wete struggling to speak English. For vegetarian food was problem I stayed for 5 nights and for breakfast only option was Bread magrine jam and fruits and cornflex They didn't put proper signs for Vegetarian itemsl The breakfast menu was far disappointing for Vegetarian

The hotel is extremely old and poorly maintained, water leaked into my room and the curtains were torn. While the staff were polite and provided a replacement room, the overall condition and breakfast were far below Mercure’s usual standards. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, at all.

Very bad experience. The hotel had no vegetarian food options. Iron was not available and worst was the bedsheets and curtains were torn and smelly. The rooms were too small. Didn’t feel like an Accor property at all.

Cramped rooms. Average hotel. won't recommend. Location and property as a resort is good. Breakfast choices limited.

The phone in the room 451 did not work well. The voice on the other side would frequently dip away and i had to make multiple calls to reception to make myself heard. There were two bottles of water - but they were sealed, without any bottle opener in the room, i could not use those bottles of water. That was supposed to be free water bottles- but cannot be opened because the room does not have a bottle opener. Lastly, i ordered vegetarian nasi goring ( fried rice, it cam with prawn crackers. What was prawn crackers doing in a vegetarian meal?

Positives: good hospitality by the front staff and professional responsiveness of the management, great location, large campus for green walks. Negatives: bad house keeping, wearing out walls and infrastructure, smelly towels, occasional issues with water flow int he shower and basins, badly designed suite room, where you don't feel living in a spacious room. I moved the rating to average from bad because of the progressive response of the hotel manager my concerns.

They make you feel at home. My stay was very comfortable and i will highly recommend this place. The food is excellent, services are amazing, staff very friendly.

Stayed from 31st oct 2023 to 5th nova checkin was smooth. Room was nice. It was a twin beds room with balcony. Room was small with no cupboard and no door lock for toilet and bathroom. 2 water bottles were provided everyday. Breakfast spread was good. However for vegetarians like us more choice of veg items would have been nice. Staff was very polite and helpful. They also helped in booking a cab everyday. It was excellent stay as a whole.

Hotel location is very nice. Breakfast has variety of options. Room service is very good. Ambience is good. Highly recommended for families.

This place has amazing staff and food. We really loved the personal touch for our honeymoon.

Water is chargeable as mentioned in amenities don't go by that and they don't book breakfast on hotel.

Swimming pool was good, the breakfast was great. The hotel should provide pick up and drop to the main gate which was problematic, was a very Long walk.

Good location, with private beach, though it took about 10 minutes to get to the beach by shuttle bus of the hotel. Nice swimming pool was provided in the hotel. Breakfast was good.

All are good, cleaning of the room must watch to see, very nice, staff behavior was good.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff made us feel very warm by decorating the room with balloons and cake as it was our son's birthday. The ambiance and premises of hotel is fabulous. We loved every bit of our stay. The buggy service to Beach was a big help. Breakfast was very nice. Overall it was a good decision to stay at Mercure Nusa Dua Bali. I rate at 10 on 10.

Good food good place very nice hotel

Hotel location was good. It is very near to the beach. They also have shuttle service to the beach. But we had lots of mosquitoes in our room. We could not sleep in the night.

Breakfast buffet was good. Room need to be maintained better.
AC water was dripping from the ceiling.

The hotel is good and affordable, however the isolation is pretty bad. You can hear everything from the hallway and the pool (if your room faces the pool).
