Hotel is located near to MTR and on main shopping street Nathan road. Rooms size is good compared to Hong Kong standards. Has starbucks in the hotel so good for western breakfast etc. They provide you with handy phone which is good to explore Hong Kong.

The staff was polite and they offered a late check out. The hotel is well located close to MTR stations and walking distance from main shopping areas. We were upgraded to Nathan floor. The room sizes are decent compared to Hong Kong standards.

Everything was nice. I can strongly recommend this hotel without any doubts. Hotel staff was very helpful. The check in time for this hotel is 3 PM which is usually 2 PM in other hotels of Hong Kong. We reached early at 12.00 hours and they allowed us to check in by 1 PM since we our infant daughter was hungry and was crying. Thanks to them.
