MakeMyTrip took my payment at the time of booking but did not pay to the hotel till this moment

It was a nice stay in the hotel. Very good breakfast and hotel was at middle of the city. Good staff

Hotel is very good and luxury but staff is very very rude ,they don't know anything about hospitality with customers,extremely rude replies,0 help and location is very far from the city center.

Pleasant stay, cleanliness was gud, location was good as there were greenery all around and the tram and bus connections was also a huge positive and quiet close to westbahnhof and no drinking water was provided, which was a huge negative rest all was good !

This is not the regular double tree, hospitality is 4/10. Cleanliness 5/10. Very less breakfast options, location is ok as the public transport in vienna is well connected, but really not upto the standard of double tree hilt-on. Didn’t really have an amazing stay here, won’t recommend.

Very poor standards for hilton. No water bottles, not cleaned the room. Check in has big queue. Rooms are good but no house keeping attendance.

Stayed there for 1 day. Rooms are big, spacious. Service of staff is excellent. One of the Best hotel, best service, clean & big room and bathroom

We were not allowed to checkin for 5 hours and ultimately our booking was cancel-led and had to re-book for which makemy trip helped

Property is okk can do more lights on entrance. Staff is very in cooperative. They don’t see the priority of the customer.

Out of city centre but we’ll connected through tram and metro services service is not so bad but one thing which was not at all accepted that they don’t provide 2 bottle of drinking water

Very conventleñtly located, a few minuteswalk from the tram station. A taxi from the main train sration costs an affordable .

The hotel gets everything right: the room is comfortable and flawless, the service is efficient and competent. The location is just right too. It gives you a glimpse of viennese life that you wouldn't get in a more central touristy area. Schonbrunn palace is a short walk away, almost visible from the hotel, and public transport is easily accessible. Tram/bus stops are right next door. The closest metro rail station is not far, and the walk takes you through a park where people walk, run, play, relax.

Nice ambience with greenery all around. Good housekeeping and friendly staff. Centrally located in vienna having good connectivity from other important places.

Good hostility and nice stay with all comforts

1st time i am trying apartment stay in milan. I had use to travel this city almost every year. But this year i had been suggested to stay in apartment, which i agreed not with full hearted. After i spent 3 nights felt so comfortable and cist effective

The place was very good and provided excellent connectivity! staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

The only thing I didn't like about the breakfast during my 8 days stay in Radisson Blu Vienna was, that the menu was the same for all the days and it becomes quite boring to have the same breakfast all the time.

Hotel location is good near Schonbrunn Palace and many other stations from where you can take public transport. Hotel also provide portable hotspot for guests which they can take out while raining in the city.
