Hotel is all nice no smoking rooms in it and there is no option in make my trip also which says there is no smoking rooms in it !! Balcony room is only for the same sake one people can’t even stand in there it’s only 10 inch deep by 48 inches width only can be used as a flower for decor

The services are very poor also they are tude and they put fine even on small things you use ....They asked me to pay 700000 VND as a fine just because my daughter had touched their blanket with dirty hands....It could have been washed easily but they told us they need strong detergent for that...I don't know what strong detergent they want to buy with 700000 VND....This never happened ever before with any country I travelled to...Also when I told them that this is not fair and this not at all welcoming they were smiling....I thought they didn't understand my English soni wrote on Google translate and then made them read...then also they were smiling and giving looks as they don't care...this is the worst hotel...will never recommend anybody to visit there...

The hotel was ok, the room was small. But the main concern was its stupidity to accuse a customer of stealing a small towel and asking us to wait for 30mins to confirm it was not stolen. They don't believe what customer say, before you check in you should take a video of what was given as they don't mention it earlier and only check and accuse during checkout

It’s a very good Hotel at Affordable price, their morning buffet is good , hotel is also nearby to the Saigon Circle and Ben Tan Market .One can easily find a number of Tour booking agencies near the hotel.Staff of the hotel is really helpful …

Had a stay at nest a hotel from 30th august to 3rd septa 2022. Superb location, superb food at the restaurant. Breakfast is included. U must try vietnamese food. Just a 100m away from famous been than market 15mins walking distance from walking street. Rooms were small but it's ok
