Every thing was great. From reception to pool staff, service, quality, food. How ever i paid 500 aed as a deposit for one night and it will come back to me in 3 weeks which i dont know why. But at the end, i will give the hotel 10/10

It was a nice stay to the extent that we extended for one more night. The pool is nice with temperature control. The breakfast also is so nice. Even the complimentary anniversary setup was nice.

I had the best day of my life in rixos premium jbr. As the name suggests, it was a premium and grand experience for me in my partner. The staff were so polite. The room had the best interiors. The hotel was incredible. Definitely exceeded our expectations.
