The Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Dubai, offering convenient access to the city's key attractions. The staff and team were exceptionally supportive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. We will undoubtedly choose this hotel again for all future visits to Dubai.

Location is good and even the property is good and reasonable for downtown area.Some things like early check in,no umbrella in reception and no welcome drink etc needs to be enhanced,but overall still a good option to stay.Should have more options for shuttle to Dubai Mall,Burj Khalifa etc

Not value for money. I have booked for complete view of future of the museum from room but the view of museum from the room was partial. To see the complete view of museum I had to upgrade to suite room per night. Suite Room was very compact . There was issue of Water supply to toilet and damage shower but later their team has fixed. Overall not value for money! It was not upto satisfaction level.

My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with great city views and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall service throughout the hotel was top-notch. I stayed at Millennium Downtown Dubai for 5 days, and it was amazing! I give it 5 stars. The swimming pool was great, perfect for relaxing with nice city views. The breakfast buffet had lots of tasty food for everyone. The hotel’s location is awesome, close to many fun places in Dubai. The rooms were big, comfy, and very clean. The staff was fantastic! The luggage team helped us quickly, room service was fast and friendly, and the buffet staff kept everything running smoothly. They were all so kind and made our stay special. I highly recommend Millennium Downtown Dubai for its great pool, food, location, and friendly staff. I can’t wait to come back!

1. They ask customers to pay upfront for in-room dining 2. they forgot to give me the bill/receipt for it 3. When I called them about it the next day, the guys told me I should have asked the housekeeping giy for it, and that they can't give me a bill post facto 4. I had to make repeated calls and visits to the Concierge 5. Repeated promises were made to me about getting the bill delivered to me within minutes, but nothing! 6. Finally, after two days of trying, I was told that all receipts get sent to Finance daily. So, they can't give me any copy. They said (on a Friday night) that they will email it to me by Monday. I am quite sure that too isn't going to happen.

Location is the only advantage in this hotel. Housekeeping service is prompt but Room is very old and dated. Definitely needs renovation. Food has no taste. Despite having so many Indian guests there is pretty much very selected and almost fixed menu option in breakfast. Finally the concierge service is very very very slow. Despite multiple reminders, We had to wait 40 minutes for bellboy to take our luggage. Which eventually after 40 min, we decided to take our luggage on our own as it was never happening.

Services, food and other amenities are very great. Great stay and nice services. I advice everyone ...😊😊😊

Rooms are ok bit old style .Breakfast can be-improved.Long wait to get table for breakfast .Location is perfect near to metro lot of food options around

I had a wonderful stay at Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai. The location is excellent, very close to key attractions and well connected for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the skyline. The staff deserves a special mention – they were extremely welcoming, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The service felt truly personalized, making my stay memorable. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and great value. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely choose it again for my next trip.

The prime location was a huge plus, with stunning views from my room. The hotel's pricing was also very reasonable, making it accessible to both middle-class and upper-class travelers. My experience was excellent.location of my hotel was on top of the world .very near to good restaurants and public transport .. moreover front view of hotel is museum of future that a great part of my stay .. overall its a great pleasure to have service

Property's first impression was good, as vegetarian i like the food as they have saperate indian food secation. A location is also perfect obviousely it's on Sheikh Zayed Road. Over it's highely recommended.
