Excellent location, 50 meters Patong Beach and 100 meters Bangla street, Indian restaurants are nearby, cooperative owner and staff, good room.
No kitchen, have to take tea, coffee, food outside no room service.

Phuket was good with good food.
No one at reception upon arrival and lizard in room. With lot of repellent spray lizard was taken out. But no one cleaned floor after spray and room was full of spray amell. Headache.

I would like to share my experience with this hotel. 1. Rooms are small in size. 2. There is no ventilation in rooms neither in entire hotel . 3. If you call it as hotel than it would be shame on even name HOTEL. Its just a house with many rooms. 4. Entire hotel smells with sea and seems like you are staying near to dirty pond. Even water running throw washbasin smells like sea water, neither you can wash your face nor use it orally . 5. No drinking water in room, for that you need to go in hall and take glass from water camper . 6. Broken wardrobes, dirty curtains, bed sheet and pillow . 7. Uncertain rules applied by hotel lord . 8. Non working TV . 9. There is nothing to eat you can order. I really felt like I spoiled my trip to Phuket just because of this experience . There is completely black and white difference from the hotel shown on Make My Trip and you find there at hotel.

Location is Good, near Patong Beach & Bangla street. In the midst of Market, Beach and clubs. Mostly every place is accessible within 10 min of walk. Staff is good. Decent place if you don't want to spend too much time in the Hotel Room. Cheap, good for Friends and Family. No lifts, only have 1st floor but no staff to pick up the stuff. Although in this cheap amount, you shouldn't expect someone to pick your stuff. No View from Hotel. Free Drinking water available (In Thailand, don't expect hotels and restaurants to provide free/complimentary drinking water, water is expensive there).
