The room size were very small, had to upgrade. Drunk indian tourist uncles in lobby. Reception took 30 mins to check out. No waiting area for taxis even for 5 mins the hotel is in a small bylane.

Vince hotel is very well located in the quiet bylanes of the shopping hub. The best thing is that the hotel provides you with complimentary transport to and fro all day round. Best breakfast spread in Bangkok and absolutely wonderful staff right from reception, concierge and restaurant. Rooms are neat and cleaned everyday and always providing with drinking water as per your requirement. Lobby always had the juice, water, popcorn through the whole day. A must stay place if you plan to go to Bangkok

We stay for two nights and we must recommend for stay here.. location is near by shopping area.. Breakfast is also good..

Amazing services with 24 hours shuttle available, thai tradition photoshoot and free popcorn & drink on arrival. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Wheelchair accessibility isn’t great though with steep slopes and inaccessible Toilet on the 1st floor

Excellent stay & early check available. Breakfast was available. Buggy service available for nearby locations. The hotel was perfectly placed near the pratunam market.

We hd an amazing stay at vince. The breakfast was just amazing and was the best that we had from bangkok. I highly recommend the place for everyone who come to bangkok. They also have a buggy service which will take you to all nearby famous destinations.

Location was amazing as it was close to the market, hotel was offering free bigee ride. Staff was ok.

I stayed there with my husband and baby of 2 yrs old. Our stay was a wonderful and very kid friendly. The breakfast spread was the added cherry on top

Found a cockroach in my room, the liquid soap had something floating in it; over-hyped freebies - massage, popcorn, breakfast. Overall not worth the money, please choose wiser

We booked this hotel for 8 nights and felt very comfortable here. Breakfast was nice, pool was nice on the terrace, and the staff was very nice. Shuttle service is very good to go to nearby places. Overall nice stay.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. They have complementary activities daily. Good hotel and hospitality, best service and very near to pratunam, platinum mall and central world. Breakfast buffet had a wide spread and well maintained. Loved their free thai costume and the mini shoot, foy some name from the staff made me feel special in the costume, overall a 5 star experience, will visit again when i’m back in bangkok.

Rooms are clean,loacation is good but receptionist Farm was very very rude…they treat guests like they are staying for free,we were with kids and asked them for early checkin but despite having empty room she didnt give us room,everything in hotel is good except reception staff,it should improve

The staff from top to bottom were all very helpful and kind, serving with a smile. Although the hotel is not situated on a main road, they made it up with a good buggy service. Compact but very neat and functional rooms. The free popcorn were a hit with the kids as well as the elders. The picture session in traditional thai costumes was a wonderful idea. Some and kike did a wonderful job at that. They serve a good breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you vince hotel.

Courteous staff and clean hotel

The hotel is worsted i ever seen. Room are very small and very old bathroom is like you cant even stand there. Front desk staff is worst in communication. They dont even undstand english only thai. This people have worst attitude for indian travellers. They only need white people who pays them tip. No at all ventilation in rooms. Max500- is all high for this cheap class hotel and they are mentioned there 4 star. Dont go with review wrote about hotel they all are fake and paid.

This property is good and the best part of this hotel is 24 hour pick & drop near market another wise all the time 100 baht pay and upcoming guest are coming with welcome drink with popcorn.

Vince provided us all the amenities, courteous staff and best was we had our check out at 12 pm and our bus to karbi was at 6 pm from mo-chit they allowed us to keep our luggage and we could roam because of that they have tasty breakfast with variety of options for Indians as well. They have swimming pool and gym as well. It was a best deal i got and it kick started our trip wonderfully.
