Room not maintained properly

Room not maintained properly, internet is very poor, after complaining also no one is taking care off. Staff are very good and supportive but management is very poor. Location is the only adv. All big malls are nearby only.

I liked the location. Hotel service was also very good. For indians wesrland is tge perfect location. The only problem which I faced was Wi-Fi was not very strong due to which I bought local sim and very less menu in Indian menu

It's under renovation so unfit to stay

Horrible as its under renovation so very dirty and has been charging very high for a horrible speard at morning buffet. Advice to avoid for the time being till its renovated. The Indian food served is too expensive

I had to struggle for some things

I had to face some issues like I had to ask for the weighing scale many times and then it came to me. I ordered yellow Dal and rice wherein rice was uncooked and I did not like the taste of. The food but cld not do anything. I wish I got the reimbursement of the issues I faced at the hotel. There were many fkies in the bathroom

Indian touch as part of Indian Group Sarovar Portico. 24 hours food is available, means let night check-in people can get dinner too. Over all good experiene, highly recommended.
