Not a Pleasant Stay

Check in took was not smooth and took nearly 45 minutes to allot me a room. The room allotted had a bath tub and I being an elderly person with knee problems requested for the change of the room. I was kept waiting for more than one hour for change of room but nothing happened there after. Every time I had to take bath I used to climb into the bath tub and after bath get out of it. It was indeed a Herculean task for me. Further I was blocked from ordering from room service for the reasons best known to the reception. The front desk staff were very rude and arrogant. Most of the staff don’t understand English. Only two bottles of water of 330 ml was authorised per day and extra bottles were to be charged.

Terrible Stay

We had a bad experience, and mmt was not reachable as my registered mobile number was not working on this travel. I booked 3 adults in a deluxe room. Upon reaching the hotel refused to provide bed for the 3rd occupant and demanded huge amount of money which was more then the booking amount of the room. We were forced to pay the money as it was late and a new city where everyone doesn’t speak english. They had only one bell boy and i had 17 + 3 people booking so we had to carry the luggage ourselves to the room. Next morning breakfast turned out to be a disaster and no room service/cleaning. Upon asking they said they provide room cleaning only on alternative days as they have only one cleaner. How can make my trip keep such a place as 4 star rated property? i would be hesitant to use make my trips consideration and booking through this platform in future.

Property location is very near to airport so it’s a plus point. Rooms were not that maintained, i had to change my room since it was leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom, other room also had ac issues. Amenities were normal and food was very much okay types.

I have already shared my feedback. The hotel charged for 1 hr late check out, 30% fee. They have no iron and forced to use laundry service, late night noises from other rooms, bath tubs have no shower curtains, good people. But bad policies.
