Lot of sounds because of renovation, it’s old building I think not a five star hotel 100% sure , almost empty

Location is very far from main tourist attractions. Very small breakfast spread. With no options in veg.

It was an amazing experience, the property is better than what is shown on images. As an Indian traveller I couldn’t believe the value for money as 5 star equivalent experience I got from this hotel. The hotel was in a posh area and was easily accessible to the old quarter which is busy and guzzling. This stay is ideal for someone going with family and big groups

Perfect Everything , Loved the Hotel staff Rooms and Everything

It was a 5 star property with big rooms with a breathtaking view. Had a good pool and gym was the best. Had a kids playing room. Breakfast was good with variety of options and the best part was a barista serving authentic cappuccino. Huge lobby and nearby shops for groceries. Good grab connectivity

Location Is excellent. You can just walk around in the lake peripheral of beautiful city HANOI. And property is so cleaned and room size is too huge. My baby enjoyed a lot. No demerits at all.

Pleasant and spacious stay. Staff were extremely courteous. We arrived very early however the staff accommodated us with check in much earlier. 3 indian restaurant nearby at walkable distance

We stayed in this property for two nights and everything was fantastic. The suit was awesome with all amenities. The food quality was superb, beyond expectations. Great ! highly recommended.

The place as advertised lives up to its delivered standards. The staff are very professional and polite. They make you feel very welcome and are extremely supportive to provide solutions to anything you need. I personally also loved the full breakfast buffet and please speak with the chef. He loves meeting people. The entire team is on call and alert always. I had a fabulous stay and will want to go back whenever i am in hanoi

I stayed at elegant for 2 nights that i was in hanoi. The hotel is a service apartment so i enjoyed the large rooms with great balcony views. The service was nice and facilities was abundant. Gym, swimming pool, spa everything was top notch. Just a disappointment in breakfast with very limited options

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is very courteous and well informed. Jenny at the reception desk is the star of the hotel.

They are very reluctant for charging some extra prices or giving services according their published policy despite of being a part of flexible hospitality sector same like almost all Vietnam hotels, that why everyone prefer Thailand for tourism.

Best place to stay in Hanoi. Very tidy and clean hotel looks like a new hotel, provides all amenities like a five star hotels should have. Enjoy each and every moment. Will come next then stay here only.
