Taj JLT is an amazing property to stay at. The rooms were spacious, clean and amazing golf course views. The in room dining and four restaurants with different cuisines options. Metro station is at walkable distance from the property. The housekeeping staff is kind. Check in and check out process was smooth.

Comfortable Stay at Taj – Needs Better Updates for Guests

Overall, it was a good experience — the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. However, there were a few downsides. During our stay, a lot of renovation work was going on, including the pool area, which was disappointing since it was one of the facilities we looked forward to. It would have been better if guests were informed about this at the time of booking. Also, there were no kids’ activities or games available, which could have made the stay more enjoyable for families. In short, it’s a nice property with great service and comfortable rooms, but I hope the hotel improves in keeping guests informed about ongoing renovations and adds more facilities for children.

Taj exceeded my expectations! The stay was perfect hospitality was superb everything was so perfect that words will be less to explain and yeah paros (rooftop bar ) was under construction but still everything they covered was so much well kudos to all the staff. And yeah a special thanks to the night staff at operator miss joy she was so much kind and helpful. She showed us what perfect hospitality lookalike main thanks to her that she made my stay memorable🌸

Property is near JLT cluster and very close to marina where lots of restaurants are available. Taj as usual gave a special treatment in terms of check in, food, concierge. Spa treatment was awesome.

My stay at Taj Jumeirah was truly outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view of Dubai’s skyline. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious — from the breakfast spread to the fine dining options, every meal was a delight. The location is perfect — close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooftop pool and lounge area provided a breathtaking view, especially at sunset. Special thanks to the team for their courteous service and attention to detail — they truly made me feel at home. Taj Jumeirah defines luxury with a personal touch.
