Location was good food very average amenities very average service pathetic, starting from the reception interaction to check out, behaviour of reception staff is pathetic, no service, like even carrying your luggage to and back from the room, no car facilities, no tour palmer or support, they tell us to download app n do for yourself even carry your baggage’s to the car by yourself, overall service is really really bad

Worst hotel in patayya

I would recommend not to stay at this hotel. The smell from the drainage line next to hotel will make your stay miserable. Don’t trust the beach view as you will not able to stand on the balcony for more than 30 seconds along with obstruction of buildings for the view. Breakfast is the same every day without any change and taste or even quality of food is very bad. Huge issue with language communication with the staff and rigid rules for the hotel, no housekeeping department, no cleaning daily, no air conditioning.

Beautiful property with shortcomings

The property is beautiful and looks upon mountain on one side and pier on the other side. However, for a queen room, they joined two separate beds which had gap in between. The balcony had only one chair. The location is at the pier so the beach is not usable. You have to walk some 2 km to access the walkable beach.

Entry gate to hotel is not good we have to climb stairs to beach hotel and stairs are of metal and noisy must have second entrance. They give only 0.7 liter of water that's not sufficient other all services are great nice location.

Very poor food, house keeping staff attitude is very bad, if you ask for any supplies like water, towel tea bags etc they take very Long to response and give front desk staff is better. Mr DADA was very friendly and co-operative in informing about hotel rules and other places of interest in a ND Around Pattaya.
