family We booked for 3 people stay at j w marriott’s bangkok. But when we came to checkin we were told we have to pay extra for the third person. Very disappointing with make my trip booking !

We had a fantastic stay there. Firstly, they allowed us to check in early after we arrived at 8am. The porter took our luggage up which was very nice considering we had a 12 hour flight. After we freshened up, they gave us a nice guide of Istanbul, highlighting the best attractions and restaurants around. The hotel is literally 5 minutes away from the blue mosque! We were not left disappointed by them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for your hospitality!

Experience was not so good as location was not good and even they were charged 2500 baht or 5000rs approx. For airport transfer and no any familiar bahaviour in hotel staff was found ... Not guided properly about the city too ..

All staffs are very friendly and caring. It is really very nice stay and feel comfortable. Jw Marriott has great hospitality and this was my third time. The best thing that hotel situated in the market very easy to go out for dinner and shopping.

The location of the hotel is very good. Shopping centres are very close. And hotel staff is very co operative. Hostility is very good. Pool is not very big.
