    Excellent Stay

    We had a very welcome stay at Grand centre point surawong. It is close to the bus stop which is right outside. The breakfast spread was very good. Had Indian and vegetarian options. Lovely views from our hotel room. Friendly staff. Also they allow luggage storage after check out for a few hours.

    Decent Stay with Room for Improvement at Grande Centre Point Surawong

    I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Surawong and had a mixed experience. The hotel has some great aspects, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. First, the positives: the hotel’s location is excellent, conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The lobby and common areas are beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. However, there were a few shortcomings that impacted my stay. The check-in process was slow and felt disorganized, leaving a less-than-ideal first impression. While the staff were polite, they lacked the attentiveness I’ve experienced at similar hotels in this price range. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, with limited variety and some dishes that lacked freshness. Additionally, the pool area, though nicely designed, was overcrowded during my visit, making it hard to enjoy. Overall, Grande Centre Point Surawong is a decent choice for its location and amenities, but the service and dining experience could be improved to match the standard of other hotels in this category. I would consider staying again if these issues were addressed.
