    Overhaul experience was not good the entire balcony and my room carpet got wet-because of some leak in the ducting and the staff was not polite enough to change my room i spend entire nit with wet carpets.

    The property is located off the Lavender road with a few cafes around. The closest shop is a seven eleven . Mustapha’s is about 1.2 km away. The property itself is clean and well maintained. The rooms are very small … Please don’t expect early checkin !!!! The bathrooms and toiletries are of excellent quality. The front desk is mostly friendly. The breakfast is ok , a tad expensive… Overall the stay is good but too expensive for the size of the room and amenities. And yes…. There are no windows in the rooms …

    After visiting 42 countries and made 140 foreign visits all for holidays, i feel this is the worst stay i ever made. If you want the same non friendly, non welcome gesture attitude and non hospitality stay this is the one you can choose. Good luck.

    A quite and good location and very dependable Hotel staff

    As a couple we had a stayed here for five nights it was a pleasant stay. Location has easy nearby connectivity for commuting. Staff interaction was very useful for us as this was our first visit and they guided us well especially eric Ng and Chandran. Would recommend the hotel for the stay though the rooms are small but considering its location it's a Worth deal.

    The Hotel has a good location close to Station and bus stops. But its far away from all areas of interest. Its okay if you are leaving in the morning and coming back in the night. The Hotel rooms have no windows.

    Small rooms but convenient location. Close to MRT.
    The room was clean and so was the bathroom. But the spoons for tea and coffee makers were not at all clean and were not changed any day throughout our stay of 4 nights. So it kinda makes you question the actual cleanness of the room. The staff is courteous and helpful.
