Hotel is located off a narrow street but is feature packed with amenities. The restaurant manager took a special request for Indian vegetarian food (Masala Dosa) and accommodated our request graciously. This was a highlight of our stay. We also got auto upgraded to a king suite so that was very pleasing as well. I don't have any cons

The hotel is located at the right place for shopping in Kuta. All the facilities including the swimming pool are maintained properly. Staff care and support is excellent. We got complete comfort during the entire stay of 7 days.

The Location, food, service and hospitality all is excellent. We stayed for 4 nights and are very satisfied from the property and staff.

It was great experience, excellent service, very courteous staff. Due to veg constraints there we limited options but hotel staff tried their best to accommodate.

Had a great stay at Four points by Sheraton in Kuta. Really loved the location - multiple cafés and restaurants around, a lot of shopping options nearby and it is at a walking distance from the beach! Our room was lagoon pool view and we really liked the small balcony that came with it. The staff is also very supportive and humble. Major plus for Indians - they have quite a few Indian vegetarian options for breakfast.

Not a great hotel, rooms were average. I don't have

The hotel location is too remote and can not be accessed without a car. The rooms was not even 2 stars, with the rates of 4 star property, it is not worth it.

A very good hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Location is a bit clumsy. Swimming pool extremely good.

Rooms are very small, location is too inside that cabs can’t reach you easily, all places of visit are at quite a distance, felt like not staying at marriott’s property but an average class hotel

The hotel staff was very courteous and they ensured that we should have our indian veg breakfast and they made the food as per our preference. Hotel was good & clean. Lot of indian restaurant around the hotel and near to beach and market. I would recommend this hotel l.

I along with my husband stayed at the hotel. Hotel room is terrible. Cockroach presence all across the room. After addressing the issue to the hotel management also, it was not resolved. Not a good experience. Food and service is decent

If you are in kuta and want to stay close to the beach, this is one of the best option. Amazing staff and beautiful rooms and a great breakfast spread to enjoy. There is always a live performance in the evening at the restaurant that one can enjoy plus the fire dance on friday and evening was a special surprise that we got. Simply amazing!

Great place to stay near to beach and market, recommend to stay. good and clean rooms good breakfasts

Overall good. Reception counter understaffed. Rooms were clean but a little compact. Buffet breakfast and the pool were the highlights. The spa was excellent with one of the best facilities that were available anywhere nearby. Would recommend for a short stay, especially because the locality is ideal with the kuta beach within walking distance, and a plethora of eateries and shops all around.

Four points sheraton hotel is quite a nice and comfortable 4 star hotel with amazing friendly staff ready to welcome and make your stay very special. They would always be at your service to provide anything that you need in hotel or to go out in bali. Quite close to the beach, which makes it a attractive spot to live and enjoy.

Stay was comfortable, great pool, nice breakfast and slow room service a good combo for stay near airport. Just a minor issue that to reach hotel you need to go via narrow roads, if u have less luggage or backpack only prefer walking else u will spend 30-40 mins for last km

1st day at the breakfast I had to tell for coffee to 3 different people. Sat their for 30 minutes but still didn’t got the coffee, and when I shouted to one of the staff he came with the coffee after taking another 10 minutes. he didn’t even apologised 2nd day same thing happened. after 20-25 minutes I got the coffee. 3rd day I thought why to waste for another 20-25 minutes for the coffee, I simply went outside to a restaurant and paid for it 3rd day I thought I should not waste my 20-25 minutes for a coffee😂and today again in my 4th day at this hotel. I sat their like a fool for 30 minutes but didn’t got the coffee even after requesting to 2-3 different staff so if someone is looking for a hotel but better services then I think you should checkout some other hotel nearby and above all they don’t have a single vegetarian dish in their menu. Though they got a few in the breakfast but if u r a vegan then never even think about staying at this hotel. though I extended my stay till 8th of July at this hotel which I am regretting a lot.

We initially booked this hotel for 4 days but because of there excellent services we increased the stay for 2 more days
