Reception not very friendly. Apart from location which is close to a metro station nothing stands out for this hotel. Very small area for buffet breakfast in morning get crowded very easily. Very lay back service. Early check in or late check out even for 1-2 hrs not present which they guarantee while booking. Blankets were dirty and they didn’t even changed for 5 days.

The stay at Ramada Plaza at Deira was very pleasant. We were given a deluxe room at the 6th floor with a front view of the hotel. Room was nice and clean with all the necessary facilities available. The breakfast was till 10:30 AM, which was great. It included varity of food with a live omelette counter. The hotel is very near to the Abu Baker Al Siddique metro station making commuting effortless and easy on pocket.

Location of the hotel is excellent, bang next to the metro station and many small restaurants nearby. Rooms were good and well maintained. Breakfast was decent, though limited indian options. The staff though was not very cooperative. Took a long time to get our luggage at check out time.That too with a rude attitude.

The first stay from 21st till 23rd was wonderful the front desk help neha was wonderful,however during our second stay from 24th till 25th the experience at front desk was not ok , our passports were checked by 3 different people and checkin took 30 mins , even when we had called in advance for our late arrival.

It is an old hotel. The breakfast was average with limited options. Certain floors of the hotel was smelling of smoke. Even the towels given were old and torn. I wouldn’t recommend this

rooms and location is good ,breakfast is below average ,very limited items and also not tasty .wifi coverage is good at hotel beware there are no king beds ,only twin beds ,if you ask for king bed they join the twin beds and give you the room which leaves place in middle of both beds and makes uncomfortable
