All is great and comfortable

it was a nice experience staying at the Pullman G hotel Bangkok on Silom road . nice locality and wonderful to walk around the area . food was good and rooms were clean . only issue was the shaving razors provided were of poor quality . hope the management changes that .

On an international land the location of property was awesome and convenient. The hospitality was too good.

The property was well maintained. The room was cleaned well. The showers and fixtures were only bare minimum and okay the furniture could have been better. It was not in the best condition. The Bell boy service is pretty slow and you might have to take your own bags if you are thinking of checking out early.

The property amenities were just average. The room was quite old and not well maintained with squishy wooden floor and broken and not operative electric switches. The Service was not very cooperative and neither the food was upto the standards of a five star. No Vegetarian Food was available in the breakfast buffet. Overall, not up to the standards of Pullman.

Pullman Bangkok Hotel G was a great property, the location was just perfect not in the busy sukhumvit area so you’re not surrounded by traffic and crowds. The service was excellent, every demand was met with a smile and fulfilled perfectly. The breakfast buffet was pretty amazing but mostly for non vegetarians. The spa and pool experience were relaxing and just what we needed. Some cons - curtains were a little old and carpets in the common area had stains but nothing to ruin the stay. They have nice massage spas close by and a lovely hair salon as well next door. I would definitely recommend this property.

So terrible service for 3 days they didn’t come to make up my room for instead telling them do so very bad shape room was given rotten smell was coming from bathtub didn’t expected this from u.

The rooms are good, but is a problem hair in the bath and complain to the reception. They sent somebody to clean it cleaned and went and the bath tub outlet outflow was not working. I informed them they checked and they never turned back. The sort of service is not acceptable. I couldn't use it at all, and we pay so much, and if there is no hygiene, then I don't think it is worth.

Overall stay was good ... location was excellent ... room service was also good ... good experience

I had a bad experience in pullman. The restaurant staff was very rude. There were no vegetarian options at all during our 4 day stay. The room had a foul smell. The flooring was torn. When we asked for cutlery in our room, we were asked to pay 100 bht for 3 paper plates and spoon. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The cleaning staff doesn’t clean the room properly. Two days my room was not cleaned when i asked the night manager why did it not cleaned he lied that you have pressed dnd which i didn’t and specifically asked the staff in morning to clean it. The night manager of the hotel mr pan and his staff at night a girl and a guy all three of them were very rude and didn’t care that i was complaining regarding their service and started lying on face that i placed my room on dnd. I had to go out in night around 2o clock till my room got cleaned.

Great Location. Good Hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast. We stayed for five nights. We faced an issue with the air conditioning in our room and our room was changed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
