Location is good to stay & the buffet breakfast is awesome the only problem is with the self service of your luggage to your room at check in and checkout no one will come up to drop or pick the same and the room sizes are just for 2 persons never go in for extra bedding for these rooms as there's no space for that at all. Since I opted for room for myself only being 1 Adult in 1 room so that looks preety good to me, quality wise ot is the best price deal as compared to other properties.

very basic hotel, no extravagant amenities, good for people who are just looking for a place to leave their bags and catch a few hours of sleep.

Location was Good as it was nearby to the Metro Station as well as restaurants were available at walking distance

Everything was spot on; Room, cleanliness, Breakfast, Staff. Nice Rooms, Clean bathrooms, excellent breakfast and very cooperative staff

Great hotel for this price...located close to East Coast Beach...staffs are polite and helpful. Area is very unique, filled with old city charm, giving a very pleasant stay.

Excellent service. Great location. Wonderful view if you get the sea facing room. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Definitely worth a stay!

The rooms was very small. Staff was good but the amenities was very less. Even i asked for a body lotion, there is no response received from hotel. We booked for queen size bed but they gave us two single beds in one room. That was very disappointed.

Great location! well equipped rooms, front desk staff was super helpful, and breakfast spread was above expectations. Highly recommended for solo travellers & families alike.

Location is far from city centre though the market nearby is quite ok. The reception is on the first floor so had to carry all luggage up. The reception staff were insufficient. The rooms were extremely small. Breakfast included was fairly ok. Overall an average experience.

the hotel room size was very tiny. there was only enough space after bed for one person to move around. no separate space to keep luggage. they don't have hair conditioner and body lotion even to provide in toiletries in any basic hotel you get body lotion n hair conditioner. on asking they said it's not part of kit. only good point is the hotel is near bus stop and metro station. rest it is far from main tourist attractions . staying in holiday inn was like staying in a 3 star hotel in India compared to the royal feeling you get staying in a holiday inn anywhere else. I ordered food in room service and it was horrible. Returned it back. I would suggest spending a bit extra and booking a better brand n location for singapore stay.

Great stay. Calm & beautiful location. Rooms clean & tidy, though not spacious. Helpful staff. Towels changed everyday & housekeeping excellent. Breakfast options didn't excite much. Overall experience good.

The hotel staff was not very helpful. They provided services rather reluctantly. The rooms were too small. They were still comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great!

Good proximity to the airport, nice locatity, it is Neat, clean & good service as always! Perfect for business stays!

Everything was excellent in holiday inn @ katong, but the only issue was the size. The room was way too small in size. And the shocker is no lock for the bathroom (considering we are travel-ling for business.

Good stay. Staff was polite and courteous. Rooms were slightly smaller than our expectation but manageable. The area around is top notch with a lot of options and the room views is amazing
