we stayed on 11th sept and was a pleasant stay. comfortable pick up and drop service from metro station as well as Narita airport all terminals. good ambience. recommend by my colleagues who is a cabin crew .

room was stinky. corridor was not clean. not even drinking water was provided. but morning buffet breakfast was very very good. bus service was very very good

This is the second time that I stayed in Tobu. It is convenient to stay here due to the location and it's shuttle service from the Narita airport. West wing rooms are much better than the east wing ones. Buffet breakfast was great too

Xcellent stay. Big rooms. Toiletries in lobby only, but no good Tea sachets . Very good pick up and drop service to Narita Airport, which is quite close. Good Italian restaurant. Mailing the location and pick up details on their own was a very useful gesture. Ajay chaudhry

Good hotel, courteous staff, old rooms, though clean and roomy. Complimentary breakfast. Food quality excellent, good options for vegetarians 👍🏼👍🏼. Wi-Fi not very good. Smooth pickup and drop facility to and from the airport

An excellent hotel very near to narita airport. Hotel provides buss shuttle to/from narita airport all terminal after each half hour.

Hotel and room is decent for the price. However the food is very bad and service in the restaurant was terrible the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful

The hotel is good and close to the airport. Staff also good. Made sense for me as only overnight stay before taking the flight out. But if you want to stay close to the city then slightly far off. You will have to get connected to nearest metro station which is narita terminal 2 and plan your days accordingly

I enjoy a lot clean room. People are so friendly there so helpful person. I wish next time if I go in Japan, I use to your hotel.

The property is well maintained, courteous staff, neat, food is also great. Moreover the location of this property is perfect for people who just landed in the city or about to fly off. Overall the property has value for money.

Spacious, hygienic comparitevly large room. Good size bed. Very conveniently located. Pick up drop is an advantage as the taxi fares are very high in japan.

Well it was a forced stay at the Hotel due to a missed flight from Narita Intl Airport, shuttle bus was very prompt and rooms were big however there was a damp smell in the bathroom curtains and food for vegetarians at the only restaurant in the Hotel was very limited!

Very nice environment and very relaxing

It is located 12min from the Airport with frequent free to and fro bus service by the hotel. USP is location and a good and wide breakfast spread prior to your flight.

Otherwise a clean and safe place to stay. Rooms were huge and comfortable however a lot of noise from surrounding areas till midnight. Breakfast spread was quite nice.
